Dog Days of Summer
Sunday, August 17th from 1-5pm
It’s the ulti-mutt hangout on Sunday, August 17th from 1-5pm —and everyone’s invited, especially the furry ones. Dog Days of Summer is a brand new, tail-waggin’ good time at Bow Market, cohosted with our pals at Buenas.
- Free dog treats provided by Tandem vet clinic
- KV Creative: Watercolor dog portraits that will be for purchase($35 each)
- Dog Eat Cake: Provide beautiful summer-themed dog biscuits available at the Tandem table for free
- Scritches and Boops will be popping up with unique goods for badass pets
- Buenas emPAWnada 6-packs will be available for purchase with portion of proceeds to Shultz’s Guest House

Join us on Thursday, August 21st from 4-10pm for our annual Vintage Night Market at Bow Market. 30 top vintage vendors will be popping up outside in Bow’s courtyard and indoors at Upstairs at Bow. Expect to find some of the best vintage clothing, home decor, bar ware, art, jewelry, accessories, antiques & up-cycled fashion! Plus delicious food & beverages from Bow Market businesses!
Everything Must Go (On)
August 8-10th
Everything Must Go (On) is a nomadic design experiment inspired by people and their storied objects. Coming to Bow Market on August 8-10, Everything Must Go (On) presents an estate sale in a storefront.
For one weekend only, shop a lifetime's collection of storied objects, including Shaker furniture, antiques, framed art, mid century home goods, and more. Join us on 8/8 from 6-8pm for an opening reception where they'll introduce the story that inspired the project. Plus get a sneak peek of the space and objects. Sat 8/9 & Sun 8/10 sign in for a number at the door, first come, first serve, and all sales are final.
Boston Figure Drawing at Bow Market

Join Boston Figurative Art Center for a funky and creative evening of clothed figure drawing in the courtyard of Bow Market! Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking to try something new, this guided session will be the perfect way to unwind while enjoying delicious bites & drinks from the Bow Market vendors. Come for the art, stay for the vibes. Let’s draw together under the setting summer sun!

Come meet with AGM Tina to learn about all of the wonderful things we have to offer for YOUR special day. Whether you have booked your event with us, are touring different spaces for an upcoming event, or just want to learn more about our offerings - all are welcome!
And there is MORE! We will have small bites from Mothership & Revival Cafe on August 6th. They have an extensive catering menu featuring tons of gluten free options. August 20th will feature food from Bow Market favorite Petra, middle eastern cuisine made fresh and with lots of love! This is a great chance to meet a new vendor and try out some great food!

The expansion of maca boston is open!!! Featuring bubble tea, macarons, and more. Current hours are Thurs, Fri , Sat 12-7pm and Sun 12-6pm. Extended hours will be announced via their instagram for August.

Green Tiger & Co Flowers for Gaza

The Green Tiger & Team is hosting a flower sale event benefiting the to help bringing emergency food and supplies to children in Gaza and the West Bank. Proceeds from the flower sales will be donated to Save the Children Organization
For $25 you will receive a bouquet of flowers hand cut and arranged by the Green Tiger team and volunteers. Flowers will be picked from Northern Lights Farm in Ipswich, MA.
Place an order by Friday, August 8. Flowers bouquets will be ready for pick up during the following time frames:

"Turntable Takeover" w/ Angel Javier (La Diáspora Combo)

Local Dominican-American singer-songwriter and producer, Angel Javier, is taking over the turntables at Vinyl Index on Friday, August 22nd!
Inspired by his band, La Diáspora Combo, who play a mix of tropical music and Latin soul/jazz music rooted in Afro-Caribbean styles, Javier will transform the ambience of Vinyl Index with Latin music from his record collection that highlights the cultural roots of the music. Join us Friday, August 22nd from 7-11pm for a warm, laid-back evening bringing music and community together in a meaningful way.
THE SIDE FEST: Side Quest's First Birthday!
Saturday, August 30th
Side Quest’s birthday bash is on Saturday, August 30, is going to span @upstairs.at.bow, @dearly.studio and the Side Quest shop — and it will feature flash tattoos from @aliciathomas_tattoo, characters sketches from @ladylusan, tarot readings from @heronkind, and chain stitch embroidery from @keeper.itsa. They’ll have food in Upstairs, the bar will be open, there’s gonna be a cute photo booth with fantasy props, you can write your own book/game recommendations in Side Quest… it’s all our favorite things!
Here’s the important logistics part:
🐉 You have to have an entry ticket to get access to the activities (tarot, tattoos, etc.). Those are $15, they’re available below, and they’ll help us cover space rentals and food and such.
🐉 You can sign up for tarot and character sketches at the links in our linktree, but you need to email Alicia to sign up for a tattoo spot! You’ll pay any artists you work with individually at the event.
🐉 You don’t HAVE to dress up in costume for this, but like… it’d be fun if you did! Even if it’s just some elf ears or a funny nerd shirt! Embrace the whimsy! Be cringe and BE FREE!
