SAF Art Salon at Bow Market: a relaxed evening to meet local artists, explore original artwork, and connect with our creative community. Join us for an evening of art, conversation, and community at the first SAF Art Salon of the year, hosted Upstairs at Bow Market.
The Art Salon is designed to bring artists and the Somerville community together in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Throughout the evening, guests can explore a curated selection of original artwork, meet the artists behind the work, and learn more about their creative process.
Saturday, June 6th from 1-6pm
Just Plain Gay is Rebel Rebel's Pride party—and it's exactly what it sounds like. A celebration of us, just as we are; no concept, no costume. Just our community, our wines, our people, and a really good party.
We'll be pouring from our favorite queer producers, bopping with the Spin The Bottle DJ collective, slinging Solid Wiggles Jell-O shots and frozé ice pops, and dropping limited-edition merch—both faves from the archive and a few new ones. Bow Market vendors have food specials all day, and we've got crafts for the kids (and kids at heart).
Attendees are encouraged to dress to impress and feel your best! Ball gown? Great. Jeans and a crop top? Incredible. You do you. That's what today is for.
As always, this is your post-parade, pre-club, all ages party. All are welcome—we’ve got crafts and temporary tattoos for the kids and kids at heart.
