Featuring Global Eats by Local Peeps

Nibble Kitchen features a wide-ranging international menu that rotates—Mexican tacos one day, Bengali Kati Rolls the next. Nibble’s collective features cooks from Somervile’s local immigrant communities and recipes that have been honed over generations. Some current cuisines include Bolivian, Venezuelan, Bengali, and Mexican.

Now in its fifth year, the Nibble Entrepreneurship Program has been instrumental in helping many entrepreneurs realize their food businesses. You can find them at local food festivals, the Union Square Farmers’ Market, and other events throughout the community.  After almost a decade of Nibble programming, the support of the City of Somerville and a co-working grant from MassDevelopment, Nibble’s first brick-and-mortar kitchen and restaurant opened at Bow Market in 2019.
