Restful Rituals: Breathwork for Black Girls & Femmes
Friday, December 12th from 4-5pm
Restful Rituals: Breathwork for Black Girls & Femmes is a communal breathwork experience rooted in rest, reclamation, and release. This gathering held in Night Cap Radio is an invitation to exhale and to return to your body as a sanctuary. Guided through grounding pranayama, somatic awareness, and vocal liberation, participants are supported in releasing tension, recalibrating the nervous system, and connecting through community based care. This is a space of remembrance, where the breath becomes both medicine and movement. This practice will offer space for communal pranayama (breathwork) and for story-telling through talking prompts, poetry or short essays. Come to hold space by listening or take space by sharing.
