Stop by Upstairs at Bow THIS Sunday 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. for a sustainable Holiday Faire hosted by Green Tiger & Co. Featuring small and eco-friendly businesses, you will find handmade and upcycled ceramics, unique jewelries made from found pebbles, handcrafted kitchen tools from foraged woods, locally made perfumes, and much more!
Purchase a gift (or bring your own) and come join our DIY Gift-Wrapping Bar. We will have recycled papers, art supplies, and stamps provided by Tiny Turn Paperie in addition to simple how-to guides and friendly helpers ready to assist!

Sensual Floor Flow at Soft Space

You're invited to a grounded, floor-based sensual movement workshop at Soft Space Wellness.
Led by Dr. Shoniqua Roach, a queer black feminist writer, scholar and movement artist, this workshop will allow you to reflect on your relationship to embodiment, sensuality, and pleasure, while engaging in beginner-friendly, floor-based sensual dance. All are welcome.

Night Cap Radio

Night Cap Radio is a month-long, pop-up community radio station and event space featuring local stories, voices, and talent. Part Tiny Desk Concert and part live-podcast studio, the radio station will gather the community for evening chats, art swaps, meet-ups,and more. By day, the station serves as a calming third space featuring guided meditation, calming sound experiences, and community journal prompts. Previously hosted in Boston City Hall, Night Cap Radio is an extension of the Night Cap Cafe project – a roving community hub highlighting local talent and creating space for marginalized communities over a cup of coffee.

NEP is the entry point into the Nibble Program. Featuring 8 weeks of workshops led by local entrepreneurs and business leaders, chefs, Nibble alumni, and City of Somerville staff, the workshop series is a crash course in culinary entrepreneurship and small business development. Workshop topics include subjects like brand development, marketing and social media management, culinary storytelling, menu design and financial analysis, and much more. The workshop series is a great opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the food industry or looking to start their own business, as well as folks who are less business focused but want to join a wonderful community of like-minded food lovers and access opportunities to tell their story and share their culture through food.
