Who are We?

The Start Where We Are Earth Music Festival was founded in 2023 by Berklee musicians and community organizers, sparked by the question: “How can artists make a meaningful impact on the climate crisis?”

From our first festival at Boston Common to our return at Bow Market, the mission has stayed the same: bring people together through music, art, and activism to spark conversation, build community, and take action for a healthier planet.
