Soft Space Wellness is delighted to invite our caregivers–healthcare professionals, teachers, and givers of all kinds– to join Margaux, a registered nurse, yoga teacher, and reiki practitioner, for an afternoon full of restorative community time.

Attendees will be guided through a slow flow vinyasa, and reiki will be provided at the end, for those who wish to receive it during a nice long savasana. Time together will end with a guided meditation so that you will walk away feeling restored, and grounded within yourself.
