Are you a fan of cutting and folding paper? Do you like writing lists, sharing information, or short-form comics? Do you like tiny things? Then you might enjoy making a zine! Zines are small homemade "magazines" born from the DIY scene with a heavy emphasis on low cost and accessibility over profit: anyone can make and share zines!
During this class we will be discussing a brief history of the art form, various techniques used to make zines, different ways to fold and bind booklets, and most importantly: make a bunch of little paper books to take home.
